PURPOSE: A rice chest is provided to prevent rice from being infested with rice weevils and to reduce the spoilage of rice. CONSTITUTION: A rice chest(20) is composed of a body(21) having a space unit(22) for containing rice, a grid-type partition panel(27) installed at the space unit and dividing the space unit into a plurality of unit spaces(22a), a drawing slider(23), a window(25), a rice guiding plate(26) for guiding rice into a drawer(24), and a cover(28). The inner wall of the space unit and the grid-type partition panel are made of aluminum or aluminum alloy.
