The device has a screw (5) mounted on a high pressure exit (1) of a fluid opening. A drive part includes an end groove connected with an opposite end of a conical surface (8). The conical surface is in contact with a conical seat and the exit of the fluid opening. The conical surface is provided with a small channel that extends to the exit of the fluid opening. The conical surface is fixed to top of the screw. The conical surface and the conical seat are maintained at equal or different cone angles.
