PURPOSE: A temperature controller of optical communication device is provided to change the polarity of the signals inputted to the differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A temperature controller of an optical communication device includes a temperature sensor and a temperature comparison block. The temperature comparison block includes a differential amplifier(100) and a four resistive pads(1,2,3,4). The differential amplifier(100) outputs the difference between the signals inputted to a positive and a negative terminals. And, the first resistive pad(1) connected to the temperature sensor, the second resistive pad(2) is connected to the positive terminal of the differential amplifier(100) with spacing apart from the first resistive pad(1). The third resistive pad(3) is connected to the negative terminal of the differential amplifier(100) with spacing apart from the first and the second resistive pads(1,2). And, the fourth resistive pad(4) receives the signal corresponding to the set temperature with spacing apart from the first to the third resistive pads(1,2,3).
