PURPOSE: A device for checking DCC(Data Communication Channel) performance and transmitting data in a WDM system is provided to generate PRBSs(Pseudo Random Binary Sequences), and to interpret the generated PRBSs, then to confirm whether a DCC is normal when transmitting E1 NRZ(Non Return to Zero) data, thereby checking a DCC for a specific time slot. CONSTITUTION: A PLL device(22) supplies and synchronizes a reference clock. An E1 data processor(30) receives the reference clock from the PLL device(22), adjusts transceived data to a clock signal, and processes the adjusted data. A DCC data processor(40) interprets PRBS data received through the E1 data processor(30), checks the interpreted PRBS data, or generates PRBS data to transmit the PRBS data to the E1 data processor(30), and checks DCC performance. If the PRBS data is not received, the DCC data processor(40) transmits DCC data outside. An E/O(Electric/Optical) and O/E(Optical/Electric) converter(26) converts an electrical signal into an optical signal or converts an optical signal into an electrical signal. |
