PURPOSE: Fixing structure of a wheel guard of a vehicle is provided to remarkably reduce noise by effectively suppressing movement of the wheel guard caused by vibration of a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: The lower end part of a bumper side bracket(30) installed inside a bumper cover(10) is extended and is bent up for correspondence with the lower end part of the bumper cover. A guide part(32) is formed at the end of the bumper side bracket. The end part of a wheel guard(20) is inserted between the bumper cover and the bumper side bracket through the guide part and is fixed to the space part formed by the bumper cover and the bumper side bracket. The wheel guard is firmly fixed over relatively wide range as compared with the fixing structure of a wheel guard by a usual rib and therefore, noise is remarkably reduced.
