STRAP REPLACING DEVICE FOR BANDING COILS FOR DISPENSER

PURPOSE: A strap replacing device for banding coils for a dispenser is provided to provide a new strap before exhausting the string member of the leading strap and connect the leading strap with the trailing strap to allow the easy replacement of the strap. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser for providing a string member(S1) of a strap(S) for a banding machine(101) is composed of a supply unit(10) having vertical cylinders(11,12), arms(13) and horizontal cylinders(14a,14b); a main body(30) having a cylindrical body(31), an insertion(32) and a motor; and a guiding unit(50) having a guide case(51), a feeding wheel and a feeding motor. A pair of clamps(15) are installed at both ends of the arms to grasp the strap. The strap winding portion grasped by the clamps is inserted into the insertion. A pair of guide rolls are installed on a rotational plate to abut against the strap. The string member unwound from the insertion passes through the guide case. The feeding motor drives the feeding wheel abutting against the string member to provide the string member toward the banding machine.
