The flour and liquid phases are sterilized on two separate lines and then aseptically combined and packaged. A method for making semi-prepared mixtures based on flour comprises sterilizing the flour and liquid phase on two separate lines, aseptically combining the two sterilized phases and aseptically packaging the mixture.
