PURPOSE: Structure for combining a lock and a latch of a vehicle tail gate locking system inserted with a control latch is provided to prevent the transmission of the influence of the additional rotation of a lock lever to a latch by inserting a control latch. CONSTITUTION: When a glass latch(21) connected with a lock unit(1) via a glass rod(19) is added, a lock lever(3), a first rod(9) and a second rod(11) are prepared. One end of the first rod is connected to the lock lever. One end of the second rod is connected to a latch unit(7). The other end of the first rod is connected with the other end of the second rod. A control latch(23) blocks the transmission of the rotation of the lock lever due to the glass latch to the latch unit.
