PURPOSE: A liposome preparation containing phytosphingosine derivatives as an effective ingredient in the form of liposome or emulsion is provided which can be effectively used in introduction of a gene showing anticancer activity into a body or delivery of an anticancer agent, and reduces a dosage of conventional anticancer substance. CONSTITUTION: The anticancer agent contains N,N,N-trimethylphytosphingosine (TMP) represented by the formula(1) and a substance of anti-angiogenic activity or a cytotoxic cancer drug. In formula, R1, R2 and R3 are H or C1-8 alkyl, X is an anionic atom group containing halogen, hydroxyl, alkyl sulfonate, aryl sulfonate or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt.
