PURPOSE: An office machine driving apparatus having a drive-lock releasing section for a conveying section is provided to prevent a paper from being torn and damaged by preventing force from transferring to a driving gear when removing a jammed paper. CONSTITUTION: An office machine driving apparatus(100) having a drive-lock releasing section for a conveying section includes a driving motor, a driving gear(106) coaxially aligned with respect to a shaft of the driving motor, a pickup roller driving section for driving a pickup roller, a conveying roller driving section(104) for driving a conveying roller(103), and a paper feeding roller driving section for driving a paper feeding roller. The pickup roller driving section includes a pickup roller gear, and a pickup idle gear installed between the pickup roller gear and the driving gear(106). The conveying roller driving section(104) includes a conveying roller gear(116) and a conveying roller drive-lock releasing section(111).
