发明名称 INSTALACION PARA CONTROLAR MOTORES DE COMBUSTION INTERNA, PARTICULARMENTE MOTORES MARINOS
摘要
1,076,684. Regulating I. C. engines. BURMEISTER & WAIN'S MASKIN-OG SKIBSBYGGERI A. S. March 17, 1965 [March 18, 1964; Feb. 3, 1965], No. 11375/65. Heading F1B. In an 1. C. marine engine control system in which the speed-setting member 102 of a governor 101 is driven by a servomotor 110 controlled by a manµuvring member 109 and its output member 103 controls the fuel-regulating shaft 107, a comparator 121 compares the positions of speed-setting member 102 and fuel-regulating shaft 107 and stops the movement of the member 102 if the positions differ by more than a predetermined value. The governor spindle 104 is driven from the engine crank-shaft and output member 103 is connected to arm 108 through a triangle bar system 105. The speedsetting member 102 is controlled either from a manoeuvring member 109 through linkage 112 including a lost-motion take-up spring 115, or by a remote second manoeuvring member which controls servomotor 110 electrically. Rod 118 is arranged to transmit only compressive forces. Shafts 116 and 107 are respectively connected to shaft (5) and sleeve (6), Fig. 2 (not shown) in comparator 121. Shaft (5) rotates a drum (8) carrying cams (9, 10) which actuate micro-switches (11, 12) through rollers (13, 14) by means of which the servomotor 110 moves the speed setting shaft 102 to a desired position. An axially-slidable spring- loaded sleeve (15) carrying rollers (17) and an axial face cam (21), Fig. 3 (not shown), rotates with shaft (5). Cam (21) is engaged by pin (25) which is carried by a spring-loaded lever (23) which acts through rollers (29, 30) to control the servomotor on-off switch (29) and reversing switch (30). Relative movement of the shaft (5) and sleeve (6) causes cam face (19a) to engage roller (17) thereby moving sleeve (15) axially causing cam (21) to pivot lever (23) to actuate switch (29) or switch (30). A switch (46) is actuated by roller (47) from cam (48) when regulating shaft (107) is in the zero position. Operation. When the servomotor 110 is increasing the speed setting of shaft 102 and the difference in relative positions of shaft (5) and sleeve (6) causes actuation of switch (29), the current supply to servomotor 110 is stopped. With an unchanged speed the governor 101 reduces the fuel charge thereby rotating sleeve (6) and causing switch (29) to close and servomotor 110 to commence increasing the speed setting. The speed is step-wise increased in a curve slightly in excess of the propellor curve (P), Fig.4 4 (not shown). If cavitation occurs switch (30) is actuated to reverse the servomotor, the period of reversal and resumption of the increasing circuit being controlled by a timing circuit Fig. 5 (not shown). In a modification the servomotor 110 may be actuated by push-buttons to increase or decrease the engine speed within the intervals of the fixed control positions of the remote manoeuvring member.
