PURPOSE: A system for detecting clogging of a cylinder block oil return hole is provided to automatically detect clogging of a cylinder block oil return hole, thereby improving the efficiency of an inspection work and the efficiency of equipment. CONSTITUTION: A main body is installed on one side of a roller conveyor transferring a cylinder block to pass the cylinder block. A right position arrival sensor(20) senses whether the cylinder block arrives at a right inspection position in the main body. A clogging sensor has a pressure sensor(38) installed around an air outlet of an air injector for sensing a pressure in an inlet of an oil return hole. An air supply unit supplies the air to the air injector. A notifying element(60) notifies clogging of the oil return hole to the outside. A control unit(70) judges whether the oil return hole is clogged.
