PURPOSE: A dehydration construction using water-load and drainage of the soft ground is provided to heighten economical efficiency by installing regardless of the conditions of a site or an area. CONSTITUTION: The dehydration construction using water-load and drainage comprises the steps of installing a rice straw vertical drain(25) to the inside of the soft ground(1), and installing a rice straw horizontal drain(26) to the inside of a drainage layer, then piling up many water bags(12) filled with weights(10) on the upper part of the drainage layer.
