PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a micro angle is provided to exactly measure a tilt amount of a subject in four directions by using a laser diode, a collimate lens, and a CCD camera. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a micro angle includes a laser diode(10), a beam splitter(40), a first collimate lens(50), a screen(90), and a CCD camera(100). The laser diode(10) emits divergence-type laser light. The beam splitter(40) transmits one portion of laser light emitted from the laser diode(10) and reflects the other portion of the laser light. The first collimate lens(50) converts divergence-type laser light into parallel laser light. The first collimate lens(50) sends the parallel laser light to a subject(200). Also, the first collimate lens(50) converts parallel laser light reflected from the subject(200) into convergence-type laser light. The collimate lens(50) sends the convergence-type light to the beam split(40).
