The present invention refers to a plastic footwear with heel-blank in the heel-piece which is long lasting, firm, comfortable, and secure, of high quality and that offers the necessary support to the heel and ankle of the user; a fabrication process including savings in materials and hand-work; decrement in injection times, of cooling and of production, also reduced costs, among other things. In this kind of shoe, the heel-blank is assembled to the heel-piece, without adhesive.
