<p>Invention relates to the methods of rolling tape, in particular, to the methods of hot rolling of thin tape from the billets on the minimills, containing finishing group with winders in the furnaces. A method of hot rolling of thin tape consists in reverse rolling of slab in the roughing stand to the intermediate thickness, transfer of the tape of intermediate thickness to the finishing two-stand rolling group. Reverse roughing rolling of slab is accomplished in parallel with the reverse finishing rolling of tape obtained from the previous slab, with the coordination of cycles of reverse roughing and reverse finishing rolling in such a manner that the last rough and first finishing passage is accomplished simultaneously during operation of the roughing stand and finishing two-stand group according to the principle of nonstop group of stands. Mini-mill for production of thin hot-rolled tape includes heating furnace, transport and working roller conveyers, device for hydraulic scale breaking, rough reverse stand, finishing rolling group, consisting of two reverse stands, winder in the furnaces mounted before and after the finishing rolling group, scissors, winder for winding of finished tape into the roll. The distance between roughing stand and the first stand of finishing rolling group is selected on condition that it is more than the length of rolling obtained in the next-to-last unpaired rough passage, but less than the length of rolling obtained in the last rough passage.</p> |
