A method of obtaining a concentrated product consists in comminuting mushrooms, berries and fruits of wild-grown plant raw material, concentrating thereof under vacuum, forming, cooling, packaging into package. With the aim of improving the quality of the finished product the comminuted mass is subjected to vacuum drying while being continuously mixed at a pressure of 0.06...0.08 mPá up to a residual moisture content of 50-85% with the following forming as briquettes, rolls or plates for long-term storage. Mushrooms (honey fungi, Boletus luteus, ceps), berries and fruits of wild-grown plant raw material are used as raw material. |
