The invention relates to the compositions of undercoatings designated for anticorrosive protection of steel pipelines, preferably oil- and gas pipelines in their construction and overhauling. The undercoating can be used for isolation of pipelines sections with a high operation temperature to +80? C. The anticorrosive undercoating includes synthetic rubber, alkylphenolformaldehyde resin, corrosion inhibitor, mineral filling material, technical carbon, organic solvent and in addition it contains the combination of oxy hydroquinone with magnesium oxide.
