DEVICE FOR INSTALLATION AND FASTENING OF A SPARE WHEEL

Invention relates to the devices intended for installation and fastening of spare wheel in the compartment of the body of transportation means. Task of invention - reduction of labor-intensiveness of installation of the spare wheel, simplification device design and increase of reliability of fastening the spare wheel on the body basis. For performance of stated task the device is equipped with pendulum rope which allows to easily maneuver with the wheel with a frame for installation into the body compartment, the reliable fastening of frame in the guides is accomplished by use of tapered brackets interacting between them through elastic cushion, absorbing the oscillations of the frame with the wheel during movement of transportation means, and fastening frame to the body base by bolt assembly with a self-locking nut.
