<p>A method of milk deodoration involves subsequent double heating and subsequent double vacuum processing, such that the secondary milk heating is carried out after the primary vacuum processing. The milk, a temperature of which is 4-10 DEGREE C, is delivered for the primary vacuum processing, the primary heating is carried out while the primary vacuum processing is conducted by juice steams formed while the secondary vacuum processing takes place, and prior to the secondary vacuum processing a smooth lowering of the pressure in the flow of the liquid is carried out from the pressure such that the secondary heating is carried out up to the pressure such that the secondary vacuum processing is carried out, for this purpose the milk is delivered to a channel of the changeable cross-section. A device for milk deodoration contains two vacuum chambers with milk inlet and outlet spouts, a milk sprayer, a spout for discharge of noncondensable gases, a piping for milk delivery from the first vacuum chamber into the second one, a heat exchanger, a piping system with check valves, a vacuum pump, rotary pumps. The vacuum chambers are placed at the same horizontal cylindrical body and separated between each other with a partition, and in the upper part are connected with a differential pressure governor, placed in the upper part of the second vacuum chamber by a stem channel.</p> |
