PURPOSE: A clutch housing assembly of a vehicle is provided to ventilate into a clutch housing and to prevent foreign materials from coming in. CONSTITUTION: A clutch housing assembly of a vehicle includes a clutch housing(20), an inspection cover(22) and a shielding plate(24). The clutch housing forms the exterior of a clutch and has an inspection hole(20a) on a side to check and inspect performance of the clutch. The inspection cover is installed to the clutch housing attachably and detachably to cover the inspection hole. A vent(22a) is formed to the inspection cover to let air come inside the clutch housing. The shielding plate is arranged to the outside of the vent to prevent foreign materials from coming in the clutch housing through the vent. Parts in the clutch housing and lubricating oil are prevented from overheating or deteriorating respectively.
