PURPOSE: An AD(ADvertisement) system added to a location confirming service and a method thereof are provided to confirm location by installing a location confirmation issuing device around a car or a locker, and to make a user select a shop through discount information and marketing information by providing the AD information around the location in addition to the location confirming service. CONSTITUTION: Advertisers(20,30) request an AD and input the AD information by connecting to a main server(10). If the location information of the car or the locker is requested, the main server transmits the inputted AD information together with the location confirming information to the location confirmation issuing device(40). The location confirmation issuing device outputs the location information needed to the user and the AD information.
