PURPOSE: A non-contact typed IC card is provided to prevent the stress concentration generated by stably mounting a COB(Chip On Board) module and connecting an antenna coil. CONSTITUTION: The antenna coil and a capacitor are formed on a card substrate by a copper film. A contact terminal(40) electrically connects the antenna coil with the COB module. A sub contact terminal(44) is used for stably mounting the COB module on the substrate. A part(42) connecting the contact terminal with the antenna coil is rounded in order to prevent the stress concentration.
