PURPOSE: A fixing structure for a seat of a bus is provided to adjust height of the seat without cutting a bracket regardless of types of a vehicle by fixing the bracket with a bolt after adjusting a direction of the bracket freely. CONSTITUTION: A main frame(20) is connected with a side bracket(30) by using a seat rail(10). Holes are formed in various angles to an end of the side bracket to connect the side bracket to the main frame with a bolt(40). Holes(32) are formed to the other end of the side bracket to be connected to the seat rail with the bolt. Therein, the side bracket adjusts height of a seat starting from a bolting point of the seat rail and the bolt. A hole is formed to an end of the side bracket to be inserted to the main frame. Several holes are formed to an outer peripheral surface of the hole to adjust an angle of the side bracket. A bolting hole(32) is formed to the other end of the side bracket to bolt the seat rail. Thereby, height of the seat is adjusted freely and the seat is fixed though a position of the seat rail is irregular.
