A thermoplastic resin composition which has been highly effectively plasticized and has excellent flexibility. It comprises a polymer and a thermoplastic resin. The polymer comprises at least 20 wt.% units of at least one monomer represented by any of the following chemical formulae (1) to (4) and up to 80 wt.% other monomer units. The resin may be a polymethyl methacrylate resin, vinyl chloride resin, ABS resin, etc. CH2=CHCOO(CH2CH2O)m-R (1) CH2=C(CH3)COO(CH2CH2O)m-R (2) CH 2=CHCOO(CH2C(CH3)HO)m-R (3) CH2 =C(CH3)COO(CH2C(CH3)HO)m-R (4) In the chemical formulae (1) to (4), m is 1, 2, or 3 and R represents hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl.
