PURPOSE: A driving method and apparatus of a high-frequency plasma display panel is provided, which reduce the number of parts by removing a photo coupler which is used to generate a reset pulse. CONSTITUTION: The method includes various kinds of step; supplying the first triggering pulse to a scan electrode line(Y) formed on a lower substrate in triggering/discharge sustain periods; and supplying the second triggering pulse to a high-frequency electrode line(RF) formed on an upper substrate. The second triggering pulse and the first triggering pulse are alternating. A high-frequency signal is applied to the high-frequency electrode together with the second triggering pulse. The first triggering pulse is applied to the scan electrode line before applying of the high-frequency signal.
