PURPOSE: A thermo therapy mat with a roller acupressure appliance is provided to improve the convenience of carrying and storage thereof, to facilitate the circulation of blood as well as maximize the treatment effect of thermo therapy by virtue of various functional herb medicines and other materials contained in the mat. CONSTITUTION: The thermo therapy mat is comprised of a thermo therapy mat for heating the body of a user so as to help the user to sleep well; a cover for covering a specific portion of the body to maintain the body of the user under a warm condition; and an acupressure treatment part including an acupressure roller rotatably mounted on the thermo therapy mat in a longitudinal direction thereof.
