PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine with enhanced attraction by changing the state of the inside of a variable winning device based on the winning of a game ball into a starting hole and varying the winning rate into a special winning hole based on which movable member led the game ball into the variable winning device. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine has a first flow-down channel 45 and a second flow-down channel 46 through which game balls flow down, a special winning hole space 44 with the special winning hole 62, a first guiding state converting member 43a for guiding game balls flowing down in the first flow-down channel 45 into the special winning hole space 44, and a second guiding state converting member 43b for guiding game balls flowing down in the second flow-down channel 46 into the special winning hole space 44 inside a variable winning device 4. The pachinko game machine also has a game control device functioning as a guiding state converting member selecting means for selecting the guiding state converting member 43 to convert the state in relation to the winning into the starting hole.
