PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents providing system, a contents providing method, and its program, wherein they can be instantaneously utilized by a user, and matching with other versions is satisfactory, and further control on the side of a distributer is possible even after contents are delivered. SOLUTION: A plurality of encrypted contents (games, music, softwares, etc.) are collectively transmitted to an information application apparatus with the aid of a physical medium or a network. Only when an allowance for a contents utilization request transmitted to an information control/providing apparatus among the plurality of the contents collectively transmitted and a decryption key are transmitted back, the contents are decrypted with the decryption key, and only the decryption contents can be utilized.
