PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation containing a RNA as a hemostatic cofactor. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation contains the RNA or one, two or more coagulation accelerating DNA fragments in an amount enough for accelerating the coagulation and further accelerating dissolution of fiblin.
