PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque measuring device that has simple structure and small dispersion by individual devices, allows stable and accurate torque measurement in a large range from small torque to large torque, and is also suitable for miniaturization. SOLUTION: A first flange section 12 is formed at one end of a cylindrical distorting section 11, a second flange section 13 is formed at the other end, and stopper holes 13a are formed near the outer periphery of the second flange section 13. A short circle columnar hub part 22 is projected in a central part on the outward end surface of the second flange section 13, and a ring-like flange section 23 is disposed integrally and coaxially with the hub part 22 via four beam-like distorting sections 21 extending radially in the radius direction from the hub part 22. Stopper pins 3 are buried and fixed to four places on the circumference of the ring-like flange section 23. Relative turning between the ring-like flange section 23 and the second flange section 13 is regulated by engaging small diameter sections 32 of the stopper pins 3 with the stopper holes 13a.
