PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a stress acting on a non-magnetic material easily and accurately without being necessary to consider the durability or the like of a measuring device. SOLUTION: A reinforcement 4b having a section to be measured 5 for measuring stress using a magnetostrictive effect is made to exist in a concrete floor panel 1 to be measured, a magnetostrictive sensor 10 is closed to the measured section 5, a stress acting on the reinforcement 4b is measured, and a stress acting on the concrete floor panel 1 including the reinforcement 4b is specified.
