PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and fixedly fit without shifting or floating up in an installation state although an easy mounting and demounting structure can be obtained. SOLUTION: An enclosure lid 1 of a side ditch lid water hole is provided with a tabular body 10 having a sufficiently covering shape for oval waterholes 20 formed by abutting on the side ditch lid 2 and further provided with a fixing leg piece 15 oppositely disposed so as to be freely overhung in the breadthwise direction and a fixing claw 11 oppositely arranged near to the longitudinal end of the body 10 and overhanging to form a claw-like shape toward the underface side.
