PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open a door even if a door frame is warped due to an earthquakes etc. SOLUTION: A flag hinge comprises a first louver board 1 wherein a supporting shaft 2 is integrally and protrusively provided at a side edge, and a second louver board 4 wherein the supporting shaft 2 is housed in a guide cylinder 5 which is integrally coupled to the side edge; a load plug 7 which abuts on the tip of the supporting shaft 2 is slidably arranged in the guide cylinder 5 and urged in the direction of the supporting shaft 2 so as to be brought into elastic pressure on a locking part 6 which is formed in the guide cylinder 5; the shape of the supporting shaft 2 is set so that the supporting shaft 2 can be tilted in the guide cylinder 5; the tip of the supporting shaft 2 is engaged with a concave part 14 which is formed in the center of the inner surface of the load plug 7; a flange 12 is formed at the base of the supporting shaft 2 and fitted into the guide cylinder 5; and a gap is formed between the louver boards 1 and 4.
