PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stably curable resin composition using a urethane decomposition product. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (a) a product (functional group equivalent: X) obtained by chemically decomposing a urethane resin with an amine and (b) an epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent: Y), wherein the mixing ratio Z = [(x/X)/(y/Y)] is adjusted to 2 or greater [wherein x (g) is the amount of the decomposition product used, and y (g) is the amount of the epoxy resin used] in order for the composition to have stable curability better than that attained in different mixing ratios.
