PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a simultaneously molded and transferred article which can simultaneously transfer patterns etc., not only on one side but also on both sides of an injection-molded article, and to provide an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: In the method, a supply mechanism 7 for supplying a transfer film 6 having a transfer-printable printing layer and a supply part 15 for supplying a molten resin into a cavity are provided between a pair of molds 4 and 5 which are installed separably/approachably and between which the cavity is formed, the molten resin supplied from the supply part 15 into the cavity is molded, and the simultaneously molded and transferred article in which the patterns etc., are transfer-printed from the printing layer of the transfer film 6 on the surface of the molding is formed. Two transfer films 6 are supplied between the molds 4 and 5, each film 6 is held separately by cavity forming parts 18-21 formed on the surface of each mold 4 or 5, and the molten resin is injected between the transfer films 6.
