The invention relates to the production of a light façade panel comprising a narrow cement mortar slab which is two-dimensionally reinforced by means of prestressing. The invention also relates to the cast moulding means used to produce the inventive panel and to the installation means used to hang and anchor same to a building structure. The invention further relates to the different possible uses for said light façade panel.
