<p>The device has a transmitter sending a light signal into a measurement channel, an optoelectronic measurement receiver for light reflected from an object and a reference receiver producing a reference light signal for an evaluation circuit for compensating noise parameters. A reference measurement light signal is coupled out before entry of the light signal into the measurement channel using controlled reflection at an optical boundary surface. The device has a transmitter (1) sending a light signal into a measurement channel (8), an optoelectronic measurement receiver for light reflected from an object, an evaluation circuit for determining the object distance from the transition time, a reference receiver at a defined distance producing a reference light signal for the evaluation circuit for compensation of noise parameters. A light signal is coupled out for reference measurements before entry of the light signal into the measurement channel using controlled reflection at an optical boundary surface (10).</p> |
