PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce a resistance of a cathode by forming a contact between an auxiliary electrode and the cathode on a predetermined region without organic materials. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescent device includes an auxiliary electrode for cathode. The auxiliary electrode for cathode is formed on an insulating layer(12). The auxiliary electrode for cathode is formed with one of Cr, Al, Au, W, Cu, Ni, and Ag. A method for fabricating the organic electro-luminescent device includes a process for forming the auxiliary electrode for cathode on the insulating layer(12), a process for forming an organic layer by covering a shadow mask on the auxiliary electrode, and a contact process between the auxiliary electrode for cathode and a cathode. |
