The component, e.g. an electrical actuator motor (2), is connected to an electronic control system (14).Two contact surfaces (29,30) are formed on the end surface and these are connected to the ends of the controller connectors (10,11). A further connection (18) is made on the side of the motor. The connection points are permanent and resist any vibration.
