PURPOSE: An Internet PR(Public Relations) and marketing method of a child related company using a child ID as a medium is provided to quickly offer the information useful to prevent missing and find out a missing child by issuing the child ID to a child and storing the child information in a database, and to enhance sales, the PR, and an enterprise image by using the child ID to the PR and the marketing. CONSTITUTION: The child information, a digital image of the child, the field information wanting to receive the PR and a sample product are inputted through an Internet user computer. The information is classified into each image, personal information, and interested company. The classified information is processed by each region, age, and gender. The processed statistics are constructed in an image database. A child ID making database is constructed by using the image database. An Internet user receives the PR or AD(Advertisement) material through the Internet or a mail on a condition that the Internet user receives the child ID.
