PURPOSE: A base board provided with a ventilating hole is provided to exhaust moisture through a ventilating passage and a ventilating hole rapidly, and to have a decorative function by forming the shape of ventilating holes variously. CONSTITUTION: The base board provided with a ventilating hole comprises the steps of forming a support and both supports respectively on the upper and both sides of the backside of a base board body, forming ventilating passages to have the appointed width and height, and perforating various shaped ventilating holes(3) formed on a partition piece of the ventilating passages.
