PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling the opening and closing of an oil feeding port of a vehicle are provided to improve convenience by automatically opening and closing the oil feeding port and to prevent accidents generated by starting the vehicle during feeding oil by opening and closing the oil feeding port only in stopping the vehicle and turning off the starting of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the opening and closing of an oil feeding port(160) of a vehicle is composed of a vehicle condition detecting unit(110) for detecting preparing conditions for feeding oil; a lubricator(120) embedding a bluetooth module(122); an oil control gun sensor(130) for detecting the position of an oil control gun; a control unit(140) for embedding the bluetooth module embedded in the lubricator and other bluetooth modules for short distance communication, analyzing signals input from the vehicle condition detecting unit and the oil control gun sensor, and generating a signal for controlling the opening and closing of the oil feeding port; and a driving unit(150) for the opening and closing of the oil feeding port for opening and closing the oil feeding port to the input of the control signal for opening and closing the oil feeding port supplied from the control unit.
