OPTICAL SWITCH HAVING LATCH-UP FUNCTION

PURPOSE: An optical switch having a latch-up function is provided to enhance the operational stability by simplifying a structure of the optical switch to perform the latch-up function. CONSTITUTION: An optical switch having a latch-up function includes a couple of fixing electrodes(10,10'), a couple of movable electrodes(20,20'), a movable structure(30), and a recovery member(40). The fixing electrodes(10,10') are fixed within an actuator. The movable electrodes(20,10') are moved by the electrostatic force between the fixing electrodes(10,10') and the movable electrodes(20,20'). The movable structure(30) includes a stopper member(31) and a circular bar(32). The movable electrode(20') and the recovery member(40) are formed with one body.
