PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nail beauty appliances is provided which allows the nail beauty appliances to be recycled in a hygienically safe manner, thereby avoiding resource consumption and environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: forming glass into a band member having a predetermined shape; treating at least one surface of the formed band member with sand to form a roughened surface; thermally treating the sand-treated surface for reinforcement; coating the thermally-treated surface with an adhesive; attaching polishing particles to the adhesive-coated surface; and forming a protective coating on the surface having the polishing particles.
