PURPOSE: To provide a display recording medium for non-contactingly rewriting digital information and display information in parallel, and an information writing device for writing the digital information and display information on the display recording medium in parallel. CONSTITUTION: This display recording medium 11 is provided with a digital information recording part 12 constituted of an IC memory or the like and capable of recording information under a non-contact condition, and an information display part 13 constituted of a photo-writing type of liquid crystal display medium or the like to allow photo-writing for the display information. A digital information rewriting part 22 of an information writing device 21 is communicated with the digital information recording part 12 of the display-recording medium 11 by an electromagnetic wave or the like, and rewrites recording information in response to necessity. A display information rewriting part 23 of the information writing device 21 emits a light pattern to the information display part 13 of the display-recording medium 11 to rewrite the display information. The recording information and the display information are rewritten under the non-contact condition in parallel.
