<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dressing prepared so as to prolong its open date without being formulated with preservative or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This dressing contains vinegar and spices as essential components, and is formulated with plum vinegar and electrolytic reduced water. The dressing becomes hard to be deteriorated due to the antibacterial properties of plural kinds of organic acids such as citric acid contained in the plum vinegar. Strongly acidic smell emitted from the plum vinegar and sourness of the plum vinegar becomes mild due to the antioxidative property of the electrolytic reduced water so that the quality keeping property of the dressing is improved and also the open date of the dressing is prolonged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
