<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor concerned with settlement processing by using a settlement card and to secure fixed safety in personal identification for settlement. <P>SOLUTION: A settlement permission deciding means 1 is provided with a registering/receiving function part 12 for receiving attribute information including card identification information and card inherent information and registering the received information in a registered information storage part 11, a decision function part 13 for deciding whether settlement using a settlement card is permitted or not in accordance with the registration of the attribute information when receiving the attribute information of the settlement card as a settlement processing request of the settlement card, a settlement request function part 14 for requesting settlement using the settlement card to the external when the settlement using the settlement card is permitted by the decision function part 13, and a registered information erasing function part 15 for erasing the registered information concerned with the settlement card whose settlement processing is permitted from the registered information storage part 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
