<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mechanism of distributed load not existent in a switched network of a prior art mobile communication system for effective use of the resource of a switching equipment, avoid/suppress a heavy load caused by an increase of the number of connection of calling in a switched network, further avoid/suppress a congestion which can happen owing to the heavy load, and furthermore improve the service quality of radio connection. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided load monitoring means for monitoring a load state of a switched node constituting a switched network, and control means for transferring control for a radio terminal from a switched node where the radio terminal is accommodated to another switched node in response to a load state of the switched node in the switched network following occurrence of calling connection by the radio terminal, and setting a communication passage mediating a switched node of a transfer origin concerning the calling connection and a switched node of a transfer destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
