<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusing film which has its surface processed to have superior optical characteristics of a viewing angle etc., obtained by internal diffusion and a superior contrast by less reflection of external light obtained by a finely uneven surface diffusing surface, and also has a hard coat, antifouling and antistatic effects. <P>SOLUTION: The diffusing film has a diffusing layer 57 on one surface of a film base material 56 and the diffusing layer 57 is an ultraviolet-ray setting resin layer with which a diffusing agent 55 is mixed and has a finely uneven surface 58 transferred with a transfer sheet and a 10 to 70% mirror surface reflection factor when visible light is made incident at 20°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
